Milestone 1: Technical Safeguards & SaaS Infrastructure (Week 1–2)

Implement Guardian Messaging Utility

  • Launch a system that automatically sends copies of all youth-directed SMS and emails to their listed parent or guardian.
Goal: Ensure safety and transparency in all participant communication.

Activate GoHighLevel SaaS Hosting Plan

  • Set up the $495 Agency Pro Plan with SaaS Mode and enable Custom Objects for tailored athlete data tracking.
Goal: Custom data structures live and ready for client use.

Milestone 2: Platform Refinement & Beta Access (Week 3–4)

Complete Final Touches on Go.LAP.red

  • Finalize the agency’s public sales portal with working demos, onboarding materials, and support systems.
Goal: Platform fully branded and functional for incoming clients.

Sell & Support 10–15 Beta Accounts

  • Offer friendly, discounted beta accounts to early adopters—trusted swim professionals ready to shape and scale their own instance of LAP.red.
Goal: Onboard initial users and collect real-world feedback.

Launch Demo.LAP.red

  • Open and offer exploration of a demo account for would-be buyers to showcase the Small Business Snapshot. 
Goal: Provide a sandbox to assist in the sales process, teaching and onboarding. 

Milestone 3: Outreach & Sales Automation (Week 5–8)

Launch Targeted Sales Campaigns

Deploy automation and nurture sequences tailored to:

  • Local Swim Committees across all 50 states
  • Age-group swim leagues & water polo teams
  • NCAA Division III programs
  • Canadian coaches via UCANSwim.org
  • Schools with pools via WAFSU.org
  • Swim wellness professionals (sports psych, PT, etc.)
  • Swim industry VIPs, officials, and volunteers
  • Municipal Government and SMB in Pittsburgh & South Side neighborhood
  • Pro athletes, NIL athletes
  • Nonprofit agencies within the Remake Learning Network (in western Pennsylvania)
Goal: Fill sales pipeline with interested accounts across multiple segments.

Milestone 4: Finish Snapshots and SOP for easy content deployment

Vertical, Targeted, Specialized Ed-Content

Transition from content hosting in the WordPress LMS to a snapshot launch-pads tailored to teams and programs.

Milestone 5: Finish and Deploy AI Bot and Coaching Wizards

Leverage existing expertise into wrappers that can be outreach magnets.
