This proposal outlines a strategic partnership between Coach Mark and the Molly.live team, with Coach Mark serving in a leadership and implementation role for swimming and sports. But, flexing across education, nonprofit outreach, and platform development initiatives.
Purpose of the Plan
The plan establishes a structured, time-bound collaboration focused on extending the reach of Molly.live’s frameworks, tools, and trainings into civic, educational, and sports-aligned communities. The Olympic Games in Los Angeles (2028) provide a practical milestone for public engagement and timeline discipline. But, the focus of this initiative is on community enrichment for recreation and nonprofit organizations and less about elite, athletic performance.
Key audiences and beneficiaries include:
- Youth enrichment programs
- Lifeguard and swim instructor training
- Public and private school educators
- Band, chorus, and wellness directors
- Nonprofit camp managers
- After-school program leaders
- Coaches and aquatic professionals
Contribution Areas
1. Speaking & Outreach
- Promote, represent and support Molly and the team at Molly.live at virtual and in-person events in the after-school, STEM, wellness, and sports education sectors.
- Utilize ISCA’s two active podcasts, national coaching clinics, and WAFSU.org webinars as platforms for promotion and engagement.
- Coordinate appearances, partnerships, and live/virtual sessions that amplify Molly.live’s visibility.
2. Podcast Collaboration
- Dedicate one episode per month of Heavy Or Not to AI topics curated from Molly’s programs.
- Position Molly Mahoney as the “AI Coach who coaches Coach Mark,” modeling effective mentorship and personal growth through real-world AI application.
- Translate complex AI concepts into practical coaching tools for teaching professionals and coaches.
3. GHL Implementation & White-Label Presentations
- Deliver micro-presentations and demos to teachers, coaches, and nonprofit leaders.
- Introduce Molly.live’s frameworks through certified presentations and custom-built StarFunnels via the Go High Level ecosystem.
- Provide consultative support for community leaders seeking to implement automation, live video, or AI-powered content strategies.
4. Platform Integration via LAP.red
- Move LAP.red into a sub-account role within the Molly.live GHL agency structure (Sales Stars).
- Transition affiliate status of LAP.red to Molly.live to unify reporting and support systems.
- Share funnel frameworks, automation templates, and onboarding flows across both audiences for mutual growth.
Compensation Model
Base Salary
- None. This is a mission-aligned, unpaid role for the 36-month duration.
- Coach Mark and internal staff get gratis access to Multiply and resources.
Of course, Coach Mark must get certified and engage in community duties.
Affiliate Revenue
- All qualifying GHL commissions and program sales are credited to Molly.live.
- If LAP.red efforts generate significant conversion results, a discretionary bonus structure may be discussed.
Additional Considerations
- Bonuses tied to affiliate performance, operational scale, or major campaign success are welcomed.
- Tech subscriptions and travel reimbursement may be requested based on strategic need.
- End-of-plan compensation in the form of a payout or equity share is proposed, especially if the Molly.live GHL agency is acquired or monetized at scale.

Start (Aug–Sept 2025)
- Formalize working relationship
- Migrate the Go High Level instance of LAP.red into the Sales Stars sub-account. (Some technical discussions expected.)
- Initiate podcast content calendar and webinar co-promotions
- Finalize affiliate structure and backend alignment
Growth (Nov 2025–Mid 2028)
- Deliver consistent podcast episodes, outreach events, and GHL presentations
- Scale onboarding systems, templates, and training assets
- Expand reach across educational and civic markets
- Provide regular updates and opportunities for Molly.live team to plug in
Exit / Transition (Summer 2028)
- Evaluate outcomes
- Document transferable IP and assets
- Structure handoff, sale, or spinout depending on growth trajectory
- Submit proposal for bonus/equity disbursement if appropriate

This partnership places Coach Mark as a public-facing advocate and behind-the-scenes systems builder for Molly.live. Coach Mark brings Molly’s thoughtful leadership—and that of the Molly.live team—into expanded arenas and helps convert these efforts into scalable, long-term community impact.
