Sub‑Account Setup (White‑Label via HighLevel)

  • A “sub‑account” (sometimes called a “location”) refers to a client account under the main LAP.red account. This is supported by Extendly and is a HighLevel account, but made into a “white-label” solution.
  • Extendly helps in the sub‑account creation, often via onboarding. The forms and API/webhook flows are able to be applied a snapshot and settings.
  • You can customize onboarding forms (through Extendly OS) to map custom values and assign them to specific sub‑accounts

2. Onboarding Calls That Are Included with the Gold Account

  • Each new sub‑account qualifies for two 1‑on‑1 onboarding calls included in our gold plan. People at Extendly schedule and deliver these calls.
  • These calls cover technical setup, snapshot installation, branding, custom fields, and start-up training our clients need.

Next Steps

  1. LAP.red’s Director of Technology, Mark Rauterkus, creates the new sub‑account:
    • The sub‑account under the LAP.red agency gets a small-business snapshot.
  2. Request the onboarding calls:
    • Together we’ll reach out to Extendly support by opening a ticket or chatting live and inform them that you are a new sub‑account client. Please schedule the two onboarding calls.
    • Extendly then handles the scheduling and execution and those at LAP.red do not need to be involved.

🛠️ Tips for Smooth Setup

  • Ensure your onboarding form is tied to your snapshot and sub‑account creation flow so everything syncs automatically,
  • Customize the form using Extendly OS to capture domains, branding, emails, etc., for a polished setup.

✅ What to Do Now

  • Create the sub‑account, either manually or via your existing form/automation.
  • Notify Extendly support to trigger the two included onboarding calls.
  • Gather your client info early (branding, phone numbers, preferences) so the calls are efficient and useful.
