Sub‑Account Setup (White‑Label via HighLevel)
- A “sub‑account” (sometimes called a “location”) refers to a client account under the main LAP.red account. This is supported by Extendly and is a HighLevel account, but made into a “white-label” solution.
- Extendly helps in the sub‑account creation, often via onboarding. The forms and API/webhook flows are able to be applied a snapshot and settings.
- You can customize onboarding forms (through Extendly OS) to map custom values and assign them to specific sub‑accounts
2. Onboarding Calls That Are Included with the Gold Account
- Each new sub‑account qualifies for two 1‑on‑1 onboarding calls included in our gold plan. People at Extendly schedule and deliver these calls.
- These calls cover technical setup, snapshot installation, branding, custom fields, and start-up training our clients need.

- Request the onboarding calls:
- Together we’ll reach out to Extendly support by opening a ticket or chatting live and inform them that you are a new sub‑account client. Please schedule the two onboarding calls.
- Extendly then handles the scheduling and execution and those at LAP.red do not need to be involved.
