Older and Younger Connections

The problem of connecting swim coaches to bestow the wisdom of the more experienced is a concern as illustrated by coach and author, Chuck Warner, in this interview with Swimming World's journalist provided at the ASCA World Clinic just after he gave a presentation.

The opportunities baked within the ISCA Membership, its clinics and especially the SAAS offerings within the LAP.red endeavor, can work as a solution to these challenges. Connections happen with the internet, but in new, more modern ways via various social media avenues, SMS and communities. We can't communicate well if we are not in shared CRM (Client Relationship Management) instances.
