- Extendly provides white-label, unlimited support for ISCA and its customers.
- A number of on-going support calls happen throughout the week.
- Extendly provides a two white-label, onboarding calls for ISCA and 24 customers.
- Extendly provides two massive libraries (& Academy) of learning materials. Cost for ISCA staff is $50 per seat for the Academy. A White Label Academy is a sub-set, and it is free within each account's pop up chat widget.
- Extendly provides an advanced website framework in the form of a "small business snapshot" that is utilized and customized by every ISCA customer.
- ISCA annual cost is $6,200, or about 60% of the initial $10K investment.
Extendly subscription and future plans.
The Gold plan.
- This plan includes unlimited sub-account support and 25 onboardings, a valuable perk at $2,475.
- After the 12-month period, you have the option to renew for the same unlimited support and onboardings.
- To downgrade, go to the Plus plan at $395/month, which supports up to 10 sub-accounts.
- Any unused onboardings will carry over without expiration, so you have plenty of flexibility there.
- As we approach the 12-month mark, you can decide which renewal option best fits your needs. Also, keep an eye out for Black Friday or special offer deals that could provide additional savings or benefits.
